Featherlite Developers Unveils new avatar of 20-80 Scheme

Featherlite Developers launched a unique 20-80 Scheme, which could tempt home-owners across Chennai, during a Broker Meet at Ambassador Pallava, Guindy. This scheme provides residents of Chennai an opportunity to rebuild there lives post the flood calamities and stay in a fully completed premises EMI-Free and Rent-Free amongst 350 happy families. Home-buyers will be allowed to live for 1 year in either Featherlite Vaikuntam or Swaragam by just paying 20% of the total apartment cost (provided they receive a pre-sanction for other 80%). Featherlite Vaikuntam, is Featherlite’s 420-apartment flagship project which won the CNBC Award in 2013.
